(Mercy Gaeta) I have to say that I have been extremely impressed with
the service I received from Mercy Gaeta throughout the process of refinancing
my mortgage. I intend to pass her name on to everyone else I know that
might be looking for a mortgage or refi because of my positive experience.
I started with responses from about 5 companies. I had a situation at
work that kept me too busy to pursue the mortgage for about 3 weeks.
One of the big factors in choosing your company was that Mercy continued
to keep in contact with me during that time. When I was ready, I reached
out to about 7 contacts. Mercy provided me with the most information
(GFE) in written form that helped me understand what your company had
to offer. She also spent a significant amount of time with me on the
phone explaining everything. While others were interested in my business,
they were not as professional as Mercy, nor did they work as hard to
get my business. The big difference was that I felt Mercy was trying
to put everything on the table for me to understand, whereas others
were giving me as little information as possible to get my business.
The two factors that led me to use your company were 1) my comfort level
in working with Mercy (which she developed over a few weeks) and 2)
the offer Mercy provided was by far the most aggressive.

One thing that still worried me was that after the appraisal I was hooked
and service would diminish. On the contrary, with rates dipping and
rising quickly, Mercy worked really hard to get my paperwork organized
to lock in the low rate. We corresponded after hours and even on Sunday
to rush everything through. She even stayed in contact with me while
she was off for a few days! While I sincerely hope Mercy doesn’t
have to continue to work that kind of schedule, you should know that
as an employee of your company she worked VERY hard for me as the customer
and provided you with an excellent reputation. I hope I am able to provide
some referrals that pay her back for her excellent service.
